The end of the season…

We had a great time watching Will and Jack play for the Riverside Riverhawks this Autumn!  There’s nothing cuter than little boys in full pads and helmets!  We had our fair share of bruises, but thankfully no injuries all season.  Jack’s last game was last weekend, and Will’s last game is this Saturday at 11:30.   If all the boys play for the Riverhawks when they are of age, we’ll have 13 years of Riverhawk Football!!!!! (no pressure, Alex)…

Alex is 2 months today!

Our darling littlest boy is 2 months today, and both Jeff and I took him for his 2 month well child check-up and immunizations.  “Big Al” (his brothers DO  NOT approve of that nickname) weighed in at a respectable 14 pounds, 7 ounces! (96% ile) and 23 1/2 inches long (76%ile).  He has the cutest, chubbiest arms and thighs with lots of rolls, just like I like ‘em!  He’s not sleeping through the night yet, but I don’t mind getting up since I’m not back to work yet.  Now Daddy, on the other hand, hears every snort, sigh, and snore that comes out of the bassinet, so he is very tired at the end of the day…(never mind football practice and a full day at the office!)

Welcome to our new blog!

Hello everyone! This is my first blog entry on our newly created Kubaney family blog (lovingly set up by my dear brother, Jeremy, when he, Jenny, and Baby Reid visited over Labor Day weekend). As many of you know, I am NOT computer savvy, and I even find it taxing to check e-mail once a month! But I vow to maintain this family blog, mostly because I enjoy Jer & Jenny's family blog so much, and I hope to keep loved ones up to speed on the goings on in our lives! Hopefully over time I'll become good at this, and will be able to post lots of pictures of our busy boys. So be patient with me and check back when you can...
